Information Technology Manager

With your leadership and technical expertise, you'll orchestrate a symphony of technology, harnessing its power to enhance efficiency, security, and success across our entire property.

In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our hospitality experience, managing the critical infrastructure that supports both our guests and staff. Your day will involve ensuring reliable Wi-Fi and internet connectivity throughout the property while overseeing the maintenance and configuration of our IT systems, including VM servers, networks, and hardware. You will act as the primary point of contact for technology-related guest issues, resolving them promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels and uphold our luxury standards.

Beyond daily operations, you will manage our Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms, integrating new technologies to improve operational efficiency. You will also cultivate relationships with third-party vendors for special projects ranging from cable infrastructure to CCTV implementation. A key part of your mission is safeguarding our guests' trust by implementing and monitoring security protocols to protect sensitive data in compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR standards, while conducting regular audits and backups to ensure disaster recovery readiness.
