As an Information Security Engineer specializing in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM), you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding internal information systems and defining the security practices that protect our company's data. Your mission is to research, recommend, and implement changes that enhance our security posture for customer accounts while simultaneously improving the customer experience.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of a global Multifactor Authentication (MFA) rollout across multiple ecosystems and geographies. You will operate with minimal guidance to drive the delivery of high-value initiatives, managing vendor relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate security requirements and provide technical guidance. This position is designed for a self-starter who can balance proactive troubleshooting with strategic roadmap planning to deploy secure, scalable, and user-friendly CIAM services.

This role is categorized as Hybrid, defined as a flexible working arrangement that enables employees to divide their time between working from home and working from an office location. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week. Telecommuting may be permitted up to two days per week, with the remaining days required at our Denver, CO location.
