About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to support enterprise data protection and scanning initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role is critical to our mission of safeguarding sensitive data while ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
You will serve as a bridge between security engineering, data platforms, and business stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves configuring and analyzing data security scans, validating results to minimize false positives, and optimizing scanning tools for maximum accuracy. Beyond technical execution, you will drive remediation efforts by partnering with data platform and application owners, ensuring that security findings are addressed effectively.
The ideal candidate thrives in large-scale data environments and possesses a strong ability to translate complex security data into actionable insights. You will utilize workflow and reporting tools to manage requests and dashboards, while also supporting data ingestion and ETL-related analysis. As the organization embraces new technologies, you will also be expected to utilize approved AI tools for research and operational support, strictly adhering to company policies and data handling standards.
