A federally regulated bank is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to own cloud security posture across an Azure-heavy environment. This is a full-time, direct hire role based in the Philadelphia suburbs with a hybrid work model.
This team is not inheriting a mature program to polish; they are building from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience standing up Data Loss Prevention (DLP) frameworks and Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls in Azure. You will configure Microsoft Purview for sensitive data discovery and classification while possessing the instinct to architect solutions correctly from the start.
While professional experience is a baseline, this role values independent investment in the craft. Candidates who have built their own environments to learn and test—through lab work, independent projects, or personal cloud security builds—will stand out. Your ability to demonstrate self-directed learning and practical application will be a key differentiator.
In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers bonus eligibility, potential stock options, and comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, as well as Vacation Time.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
