About the Team

You will join the Pharmacy Analytics division, a team dedicated to evaluating clinical programs with a specific focus on member outreach and medication regimens. This group works to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge subject matter experts (SMEs) across analytics, IT, and business areas.

About the Role

As an Informaticist 2, you will apply disciplined analytics to predict behavior and improve programs and products to maximize revenue growth. Your work assignments will be varied, frequently requiring independent determination of appropriate courses of action and the interpretation of complex data.

In this role, you will leverage your experience in data, modeling, optimization, and tools to work with pharmacy claims data. You will be expected to make decisions regarding your own work methods, occasionally navigating ambiguous situations with minimal direction while following established guidelines. A key part of your day will involve articulating and presenting findings and insights to business partners to drive business outcomes.
