About the Team
Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a PRN physician to join our multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line at our flagship location, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. St. Joseph's, founded in 1895 by the Sisters of Mercy, is the first hospital in the Phoenix area and remains dedicated to its mission of caring for the poor and underserved. Today, it is a nationally recognized center for quality quaternary care, medical education, and research.
The hospital is home to internationally renowned institutes, including the Barrow Neurological Institute, Norton Thoracic Institute, and the Ivy Brain Tumor Center. It also houses the St. Joseph's Level I Trauma Center and serves as a sought-after destination for complex cases from throughout the world, with approximately 20% of patients traveling from outside Arizona and the United States. Our academic partnership with Creighton University School of Medicine is a cornerstone of our community.
