About the Role
As a Lead Teacher in our Infant/Toddler classroom, you will be the cornerstone of a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. This role is designed for those who thrive on the energy of early childhood and are committed to fostering social, emotional, and intellectual growth. You will guide children through their critical developmental stages, creating daily experiences that encourage exploration and learning.
The day-to-day life of a Lead Teacher is dynamic and active. You will be on your feet, engaging in movement, play, and care activities that range from standing and bending to dancing, jumping, and lifting. Beyond the physical demands, you will serve as a mentor and communicator, collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their unique potential. Your commitment to ongoing professional development will drive your ability to adapt and evolve alongside the children you serve.
