We are a rapidly expanding organization dedicated to a simple yet powerful mission: to find individuals who are truly passionate about teaching and guiding young children to learn to their fullest potential. Our team is built on a foundation of care, growth, and community, where every child's development is nurtured with intention and joy.
As a Lead Teacher in our Infant/Toddler classroom, you will be the cornerstone of a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. This role is designed for those who thrive on the energy of early childhood and are committed to fostering social, emotional, and intellectual growth. You will guide children through their critical developmental stages, creating daily experiences that encourage exploration and learning.
The day-to-day life of a Lead Teacher is dynamic and active. You will be on your feet, engaging in movement, play, and care activities that range from standing and bending to dancing, jumping, and lifting. Beyond the physical demands, you will serve as a mentor and communicator, collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their unique potential. Your commitment to ongoing professional development will drive your ability to adapt and evolve alongside the children you serve.
We believe that our staff is our greatest asset. To support our wonderful team, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to foster well-being and work-life balance. Our offerings include competitive pay, health, vision, and dental coverage, paid holidays after 90 days, and PTO. We go above and beyond with perks such as professional development training, staff referral credits, and quarterly team bonding outings. Our culture is celebrated through monthly breakfast treats, a full coffee bar, holiday bonuses, and special recognition during Teacher Appreciation week and for the Teacher of the Month.
We are currently seeking passionate candidates to fill our Lead Teacher positions. If you meet the requirements and share our vision for early childhood education, we invite you to apply. Please review the qualifications carefully to ensure you are a strong fit for our Infant/Toddler classroom environment.
