About the Role
The Preschool Site Supervisor is the operational heartbeat of our child development center, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care while fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Reporting to the Senior Director of Child Development, you will partner closely with the Bayview Site Supervisor to oversee the infant, toddler, and preschool programs. This role is not just about managing daily logistics; it is about building a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment where staff, children, and families thrive.
In this position, you will ensure that every aspect of the center aligns with California Child Development licensing regulations and federal guidelines. You will facilitate staff development, oversee assessment procedures, and serve as a key liaison for parents and guardians, addressing concerns with confidentiality and cultural sensitivity. Your day will be filled with a blend of strategic planning, hands-on supervision, and collaborative problem-solving, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care.

Requirements
- verifiedCalifornia Child Development Site Supervisor permit
- verifiedThree plus years managing a child development center
- verifiedThree plus years managing staff
- verifiedFive years classroom experience in ECE setting
- verifiedFingerprint clearance
- verifiedNegative TB test
- verifiedFirst Aid certification
Nice to Have
Experience with state or federally funded child care programs. Completed 12 units covering infant toddler growth and development & curriculum.
