In this position, you will serve as the lead industrial interface for our channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor to distributors, system integrators, OEMs, and control panel builders. Your mission is to influence and guide the design of small to large industrial automation systems, driving market strategy and customer demand through multi-layered account plans.
You will connect channel partners to cutting-edge offers, applications, and tools to enable their commercial success. This involves executing channel strategies to drive market share growth, managing inventory reviews, and developing growth-oriented business plans with distributors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including inside and outside sales, channel managers, and pricing specialists—to deliver solutions that solve customer needs. Additionally, you will communicate Schneider Electric's software, cloud analytics, and services story to partners, helping them navigate their own digital journeys while embodying our brand in the marketplace.
