In this position, you will serve as the lead industrial interface for our channel partners in the marketplace. Your primary mission is to become a trusted advisor to Channel Partners and Channel Partner-Led Industrial Accounts, including end users, system integrators, original equipment manufacturers, and control panel builders across various market segments. You will influence and guide the design of small to large industrial automation systems, ensuring our power and industrial products are effectively distributed, monitored, automated, and controlled.
Your day-to-day involves connecting channel partners to cutting-edge offers, applications, and tools to enable their commercial success. You will consult with internal teams—including Industrial Channel Managers, Branch Managers, Purchasing, and Sales—to bring awareness of Schneider Electric innovations to market. By driving market strategy and customer demand through multi-layered account plans, you will manage the execution of local channel relationships and activities within a defined sales area.
You will also lead the tactical execution of operational plans to drive the enablement of channel partners to realize growth targets. This includes implementing sales plans, national and local promotions, training programs, and inventory planning. From pricing to promotions to inventory analytics, you will help drive both the strategic design and tactical execution of mutual goals with distributors. Additionally, you will communicate Schneider Electric's software, cloud analytics, and services story to partners and contractors, embodying our brand story to pull through other technologies and business units.
