About the Role
SAIC is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to support our customer's Office of Security. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a diverse security environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of national security compliance.
In this position, you will serve as a critical liaison between SAIC, the customer, and industrial partners. Your day-to-day work involves managing secure communication channels, conducting Customer Assistance Visits (CAVs) to CONUS locations performing classified work, and providing expert guidance on the implementation of NISPOM requirements. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254), processing facility clearance packages, and maintaining a comprehensive security reference library.
Beyond technical execution, you will represent Industrial Security by presenting at internal and external working groups, delivering informational briefings, and attending security conferences to promote compliance. This role requires the ability to coordinate complex solutions with external agencies and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance and be willing and able to obtain a Polygraph. The selection process will focus on verifying your clearance status, assessing your experience with the National Security Program (32 SCF Part 117), and evaluating your ability to present security briefings effectively.
