About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently across a wide range of systems. You will serve as a key partner to engineering and production teams, diagnosing complex issues and executing repairs on everything from CNC machines and laser cutters to industrial finishing systems and facility infrastructure.
The work involves a dynamic mix of preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance. You will interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from 110V to 480V, while also managing pneumatic and hydraulic controls. Beyond repairs, you will develop preventative maintenance schedules, maintain accurate service records, and perform welding and fabrication for custom components. This is a role defined by real ownership of equipment performance and continuous improvement in a stable, high-volume environment.
