Join a growing, employee-owned manufacturing company that specializes in producing heavy-duty stainless-steel clamps, couplings, and engineered connection solutions used in demanding industrial, transportation, marine, and heavy equipment applications worldwide. With a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and employee ownership, this organization offers long-term career growth, technical development, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational success.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support production operations and ensure manufacturing equipment operates safely and efficiently. This role is critical for maintaining continuity across shifts and driving the reliability of our production floor.
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician on the 2nd Shift, you will be the backbone of our Monday–Thursday operations (2:00 PM–1:00 AM). Your day will involve a blend of proactive preventative maintenance and reactive troubleshooting to keep our heavy machinery running at peak efficiency. You will serve as the primary point of contact for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues, ensuring that downtime is minimized and safety protocols are strictly followed.
A unique aspect of this position is the collaborative nature of the work. You will coordinate closely with production teams and communicate effectively with maintenance personnel on opposite shifts to ensure seamless continuity of repairs and projects. You will also assist engineering teams with the installation, startup, and debugging of new automated equipment, providing a direct link between daily operations and long-term technical improvements.
If you are a skilled industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and contributing to the success of an employee-owned company, we encourage you to apply. Our staffing experts at Kelly are dedicated to connecting you with opportunities where you can learn, grow, and thrive. We look for candidates who possess a strong ownership mentality and a commitment to continuous learning.
