This is a hands-on role designed to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment while actively contributing to the improvement and growth of our maintenance processes throughout the facility.
This position goes beyond simply completing daily work orders. We are looking for an individual who can work independently, take initiative, and support frontline employees by educating them on basic troubleshooting and maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, ready to collaborate with supervisors and production teams to ensure operational excellence.
