As a General Manager of Industrial Property Management, you will manage a portfolio of industrial properties in accordance with JLL standards and procedures. Your mission is to achieve financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction. You will work directly with clients to understand their investment objectives and develop property-specific strategic plans. Beyond strategy, you will oversee the implementation of approved initiatives by managing the property team and maintaining strong communication with building owners and tenants. This role is designed for those who want to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development while supporting team members' career advancement.
This position requires an on-site presence in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
