Anduril's Manufacturing Team is dedicated to rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware, ranging from static equipment and moving ground vehicles to sensors, undersea systems, and flight vehicles. We are currently scaling these products within our new 5 million square foot manufacturing facility, Arsenal-1. The team operates with a focus on manufacturing optimization, driving real-world adaptations through the development of simulation and optimization models that predict process behavior. Success in this environment requires active collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations to ensure products are built and shipped on-time under stringent quality standards.
This role serves as the connective tissue among operational stakeholders, bringing a production team forward in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates holistic ownership in solving operational challenges with creative solutions, thriving in ambiguity while ensuring high-quality output. You will act as a bridge between execution-based work and the strategic future state of a product or business line, translating metrics and KPIs into actionable improvements for next-generation defense products.
Your day-to-day involves capturing current processes, including physical constraints and business rules, into a 3D simulation-based virtual factory. This digital reference model serves as a knowledge base for determining future performance and guiding investment decisions. You will design new production lines and workstation layouts, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive resolutions across manufacturing domains. Ultimately, you will own the design of production flows from low-rate to full-rate production, ensuring capacity plans, staffing allocations, and time standards are optimized for efficiency.
Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities. Applications are subject to pre-employment risk, integrity, and due diligence screening conducted by a third-party service provider to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect organizational security.
Anduril is committed to maintaining the integrity of our talent acquisition process. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on background. We also maintain strict security protocols to protect candidates from recruitment scams; Anduril will never solicit payment or demand personal financial details at any stage of the hiring process.
