About the Role
Maxonic maintains a close, long-term relationship with a direct client in Sunnyvale, CA, and is seeking an Industrial Engineer 3 to support their specific operational needs. In this on-site contract role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert and leader, driving a continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations.
You will lead efforts to improve the efficiency of both physical and transactional processes, executing moderate to large-scale projects. Your day-to-day involves advocating for Lean Manufacturing programs, mentoring junior staff, and utilizing data-driven analysis to solve complex technical problems. From value stream mapping and facility design to new product introductions and line balancing, you will collaborate with process owners to build business cases and deliver execution that enhances quality and reduces costs.
