About the Role
We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cary, NC. This overnight shift position (6 PM–6 AM) operates on a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule, with every other weekend off. You will be the spark that keeps our operations running, alternating between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair.
In this role, you will analyze production equipment failures to understand root causes, interpreting schematics and drawings to repair electrical and mechanical systems including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. You will be expected to be creative in your solutions while maintaining clear documentation, and you will actively seek ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings through open dialogue with leads and supervisors.
