About the Role
We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cary, NC. This overnight shift position (6 PM–6 AM) operates on a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off. You will be the spark that keeps our operations running, alternating between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair.
In this role, you will deepen your knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) while maintaining a firm focus on creative problem-solving and clear documentation. You will analyze production equipment failures to understand root causes, interpreting schematics and drawings to investigate and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. Beyond technical execution, you will prioritize innovation by seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining an open dialogue with leads and supervisors regarding day-to-day activities.
