About the Role

BridgeWorks is seeking an Industrial Electrician to serve as a cornerstone of our facility's operational reliability and safety. This direct-hire position is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. The role is critical for maintaining the integrity of high-voltage systems, motor controls, and complex conduit networks that keep our operations running smoothly.

You will be the technical leader within the shop, responsible for everything from installing new electrical infrastructure to troubleshooting intricate motor starter circuits and PLCs. Beyond the technical work, you will play a vital mentorship role, training new hires and supporting less experienced mechanics to elevate the entire team's capabilities. Your ability to interpret schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and document work accurately in our maintenance software ensures that our facility remains safe and efficient.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a direct-hire opportunity based on-site with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. However, the nature of industrial maintenance requires flexibility. Candidates must be fully prepared to work nights, weekends, and be on-call when operational needs arise. The role demands physical readiness, including the ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions, alongside a commitment to maintaining Hazmat Operations-level responder status.

Compensation & Growth

We offer a competitive starting rate of $28–$30 per hour. Upon successful completion of all training and certification on our specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), your pay increases to $35 per hour, reflecting your expanded expertise and contribution to the team.
