About the Role
As an RV Body Shop/Collision Technician, you will be the backbone of our repair operations. You will work in a professional setting where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. Your day will involve identifying and resolving parts needs, performing complex repairs on truck and trailer equipment, and ensuring all work meets dealership and factory standards.
You will be responsible for adjusting, replacing, and repairing sheet metal, fiberglass, and panels, as well as handling structural welding and installations. The role requires you to tear down and inspect vehicles for hidden damage, conduct road tests to ensure quality, and collaborate closely with estimators and supervisors to communicate any supplemental needs or timeline adjustments. Additionally, you may supervise apprentice technicians and maintain ICAR certifications.
