About the Role
We are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians to repair, modify, install, and maintain our facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment at our lumber mill in Bruce, MS. This role is critical to keeping our highly automated operations running smoothly.
You will partner with maintenance personnel and the Lead Team to plan and perform both reactive and proactive mill maintenance safely and efficiently. Your day will involve troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC motors, generators, PLCs, and associated machine controls. You will also provide PLC programming support, including upgrading systems, running conduit, and writing or rewiring electrical systems. Success in this role requires a commitment to working safely, reading complex blueprints and schematics, and demonstrating logical problem-solving skills in upset conditions.
