About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician at our Devens corrugated packaging plant, you will serve as a critical partner in keeping our equipment running to OEM standards. This role exists to ensure maximum uptime and help the facility safely meet its production goals in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate closely with maintenance leadership, operators, vendors, and the corporate reliability team. Your day-to-day involves leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot electrical and automation controls, perform predictive and preventive maintenance, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. As a senior team member, you will also provide leadership and training to one or two other automation technicians, fostering a culture of mentorship and operational excellence.
