About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician at our Devens corrugated packaging plant, you will serve as a critical partner in keeping our equipment running to OEM standards. This role exists to ensure maximum uptime and help the facility safely meet its production goals in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate closely with maintenance leadership, operators, vendors, and the corporate reliability team. Your day-to-day involves leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot electrical and automation controls, perform predictive and preventive maintenance, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. As a senior team member, you will also provide leadership and training to one or two other automation technicians, fostering a culture of mentorship and technical excellence.

Requirements
- verifiedEE Degree or equivalent work experience and/or training
- verifiedThree or more years' experience with large industrial equipment troubleshooting automation/robotics
- verifiedStrong understanding of PLC, VFD, HMI/OIT software
- verifiedExperience with electrical controls systems, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, Robotics, and Controls networks
- verifiedStrong CMMS Knowledge
- verifiedExperience in corrugated packaging or similar high volume manufacturing environment
