About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician at our Devens corrugated packaging plant, you will serve as a critical partner in keeping our equipment running to OEM standards. This role is designed to ensure maximum uptime and help the facility safely meet its production goals in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate closely with maintenance leadership, operators, vendors, and the corporate reliability team. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting electrical and automation controls, performing predictive and preventive maintenance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. As a senior team member, you will also provide leadership and training to one or two other automation technicians, fostering a culture of mentorship and operational excellence.

Requirements
- verifiedEE Degree or equivalent work experience/training
- verified3+ years experience with large industrial equipment troubleshooting automation/robotics
- verifiedStrong understanding of PLC, VFD, HMI/OIT software
- verifiedExperience with electrical controls, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and controls networks
- verifiedStrong CMMS knowledge
- verifiedExperience with Microsoft Office and JDE or similar
- verifiedExperience in corrugated packaging or high-volume manufacturing environment
- verifiedAbility to reference equipment manuals
- verifiedWillingness to operate forklifts, hoists, and heavy equipment
- verifiedDrug screening required after conditional offer
