About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cary, NC. This overnight position (6 pm–6 am) operates on a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off. You will be the spark that keeps our operations running, alternating between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair.

In this role, you will deepen your knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) while interpreting schematics and drawings to perform root cause analysis on production equipment failures. You will investigate and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. Success in this position requires a creative approach to problem-solving paired with clear, precise documentation. You will also prioritize innovation by seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining an open dialogue with leads and supervisors regarding day-to-day activities.
