About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician at our Devens corrugated packaging plant, you will serve as a critical partner in keeping our equipment running to OEM standards. This role is designed to bridge the gap between maintenance leadership, operators, vendors, and the corporate reliability team to ensure maximum uptime and safely meet production goals.
In this fast-paced, non-union facility, you will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot electrical and automation controls while leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day involves reviewing plant metrics and equipment data to identify areas for optimization, leading a team to implement solutions, and performing emergency breakdown maintenance as priorities demand. You will also guide the preventive maintenance activities of others, including lubrication, wear measurement, and operational observation.
