About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cary, NC. This role is designed for individuals with a spark for tinkering with electrical and mechanical components who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work an overnight shift (6 PM to 6 AM) on a 2-2-3 12-hour schedule, enjoying every other weekend off. Your day-to-day will involve alternating between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair. Success in this role requires a firm understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and the creativity to develop solutions while maintaining clear documentation. You will analyze production equipment failures to perform root cause analysis, utilizing schematics and drawings to investigate and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatics, drives, hydraulics, and conveyors. Additionally, you will prioritize innovation by seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings, maintaining an open dialogue with leads and supervisors regarding daily activities.
