About the Role
We are seeking hands-on Industrial Coatings Technicians to join our workforce. This role is ideal for skilled industrial painters, sandblasters, epoxy floor installers, and concrete polishers who take pride in their craft. You will be instrumental in executing critical projects where precision and durability are paramount.
The position offers immediate openings with a schedule that adapts to project needs. Depending on the specific job requirements, you may work day, night, or weekend shifts to ensure deadlines are met. This is a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts the success of our commercial and industrial partners.

- check_circleInspect work for coating thickness, finish, and coverage
- check_circleFollow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- check_circlePrep surfaces by cleaning, masking, grinding, and sandblasting
Requirements
- verifiedExperience in industrial painting, sandblasting, concrete polishing, or resinous flooring

Nice to Have
OSHA 10 certification. Experience across multiple coating systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
