About the Role

The Industrial Cleaning Laborer plays a vital role in our industrial construction operations, working mostly outdoors in diverse environments. This position involves performing a variety of tasks depending on the specific needs of the job scope, with a primary focus on safety. You will assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation, and the operation of specialized equipment such as vac-trucks and hydro blasting units.

Success in this role requires a safety-first mentality and the ability to use hand tools effectively. You must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather or in buildings without heating or air conditioning. The role demands adaptability, as you will be responsible for loading and unloading, cleaning, shoveling, and organizing inventory and equipment while actively championing a positive workplace and safety culture.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be prepared to provide proof of successful completion of OSHA 10-hour training within 60 days of starting at hth companies. The selection process evaluates technical knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment, organizational skills, and the ability to function well in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
