As a Server at Marriott International, you will be the face of our hospitality, serving food courses and alcoholic beverages while ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest. Your role involves setting tables according to specific event standards, answering menu questions, and acting as a vital communication link between guests and the kitchen regarding wait times, special requests, and dietary needs.
You will manage the entire guest interaction, from the initial welcome to processing payments via the MICROS system. This includes checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas and service equipment. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing for extended periods, moving objects of varying weights, and navigating uneven surfaces, all while adhering to strict safety and security policies.
