The Residential Sales Team at Pella Northland focuses on our customers during their initial interaction with Pella, ensuring that positive energy carries through their entire experience. We improve people's lives by working with them to determine the best style, color, size, and type of window or door for their needs, making the process fun along the way. About the Role

Join our world-class Sales Team in the Minneapolis, MN area for a career, not just another job. This role is for those who are customer-focused, passionate about selling a product they can confidently put their name on, and eager to be part of a company where employees treat one another like family.

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will present product offerings during in-home sales consultations and provide solutions to homeowners who have contacted Pella. Your goal is to provide an excellent experience to ensure future referrals while achieving strong sales by fulfilling customer needs with Pella's vast product and solutions portfolio. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a contagious, positive company culture that values teamwork and results.
