About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain safely in their own homes. This role is vital for maintaining the dignity and independence of our clients.
Your day involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well as supporting mobility with canes, walkers, or wheelchairs. You may also accompany clients to medical appointments or run essential errands. For live-in or sleep-over positions, you will secure the client's home and provide reassurance during nighttime hours. Additionally, you will prepare meals according to the client's dietary needs and monitor vital signs like temperature and blood pressure when ordered.
You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that challenges you and provides clear direction for success. The role offers opportunities for development into other positions within the organization.
Hiring Process
