Your day involves partnering with clients to navigate daily living activities, from bathing and grooming to meal preparation and medication reminders. You may also accompany clients to medical appointments or run essential errands. In live-in or sleep-over arrangements (where applicable), you provide reassurance and security during nighttime hours. You will ensure a clean and safe environment, utilizing equipment such as wheelchairs or Hoyer lifts as needed, and may be required to record vital signs like temperature and blood pressure under specific orders.
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment. Please note that specific service offerings, such as live-in or sleep-over shifts, may vary by location (e.g., not available in Washington and Oregon).
