As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain safely in their own homes. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about connecting and growing together with the clients you serve.
You will be the eyes and ears for clients who need help with activities of daily living, from bathing and grooming to medication reminders and meal preparation. Your presence provides reassurance, particularly during live-in or sleep-over shifts where you secure the home and offer companionship during nighttime hours. Whether accompanying a client to medical appointments or ensuring a safe environment with proper equipment usage, your work directly impacts the quality of life for those in your care.
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and opportunities for development as you grow your career with us.
