As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain safely in their own homes. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about connecting and growing together with the clients you serve.
You will be the steady presence in a client's home, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Your day may involve accompanying clients to medical appointments or shopping, preparing meals based on their dietary preferences, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. In live-in or sleep-over positions, you will provide reassurance and security during nighttime hours. You will also be challenged to grow, with clear direction on what it takes to succeed and opportunities for development into other roles within the organization.
Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment. We look for individuals who can work flexible hours to meet the specific needs of our clients.
