You will join the Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) Department at the Farm Bureau Center in Lansing, Michigan. As a vital part of the Administrative/Clerical team, your work ensures the efficient handling of mail and records for Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies. The department is dedicated to maintaining accurate digital archives and streamlining document workflows to support the organization's broader mission.
This position serves as an effective team member within the IMS Department, bridging the gap between physical records and digital accessibility. You will be responsible for advanced mail handling and records support, ensuring that company data is captured, indexed, and archived with precision. Your day-to-day work involves operating electronic document repositories and capture software to scan and index company records and digital photos. Additionally, you will manage business process management (BPM) workflow queues, reindexing and coding documents to maintain high workflow efficiency.
