Clinic Supervisor

About the Role

Oregon City Family Practice is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Supervisor to serve as a working leader and support system for our clinic staff. This role is designed to bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic leadership, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

As a working supervisor, you will manage daily clinic operations in partnership with Regional Leadership. Your day will involve monitoring non-labor costs, overseeing scheduling and medical record systems, and leading monthly department meetings. You will be the face of the clinic for patients and providers, maintaining composure in all situations while overseeing patient outreach, recall processes, and information management. A key part of your mission is to lead by example, ensuring high performance standards through effective training, evaluation, and cross-departmental communication.
