The Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Sales Consultant is responsible for implementing Boehringer Ingelheim's ILD sales and marketing plans to assure maximum distribution and market penetration of our products within company guidelines. This role is designed to build deep, trusted relationships with key ILD Clinics and targeted healthcare professionals, including Pulmonologists, Rheumatologists, Radiologists, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
In this position, you will manage a specific geography that may require overnight travel and occasional evening or weekend meetings. You will engage in sales activities across teaching and community hospitals, as well as federal and military facilities. The role involves translating complex scientific information into value-driven conversations, fostering network development, and collaborating with internal teams to address territory business needs. Success in this role requires a commitment to ethical business practices and a focus on providing solutions-based interactions that enhance patient management and decision-making processes.
