The Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile (HACM) Program's Avionics Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead serves as the strategic driver for the design, development, and delivery of the Guidance Section, Flight Termination System, Telemetry, and Electronics Subsystems. This role is critical to ensuring the cohesive execution of the Avionics scope across the HACM Portfolio.
You will lead a multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed team, frequently interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, major suppliers, and government customers. The position demands a high level of execution expertise and the ability to lead a high-visibility development program. Your day-to-day involves managing the development maturation of leading-edge subsystem technologies to deliver a production-ready design within a challenging schedule, while providing mentoring and guidance to team members.
This is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.
