The Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile (HACM) Program's Avionics Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead is a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding a multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed team. This role focuses on the design, development, and delivery of the Guidance Section, Flight Termination System, Telemetry, and Electronics Subsystems. As the Avionics IPT Lead, you will frequently interface with internal and external stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, key major suppliers, and government customers.
This is a high-visibility role requiring a high level of execution expertise. You will ensure that all Avionics-related scope across the HACM Portfolio is executed according to the program plan, maintaining a cohesive technical approach and adhering to RTX's execution practices. The position involves managing the development maturation of leading-edge Guidance Section subsystem technologies to deliver a production-ready design within a challenging schedule. You will serve as a mentor and guide to team members while collaborating with other IPTs to ensure overall system effectiveness.
This is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.
Candidates for this position must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is a strict requirement, as only citizens are eligible for this level of clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
