The Construction Project Manager (CPM) serves as the central leader for projects under the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This role exists to ensure the successful delivery of complex construction initiatives by overseeing all work performed, managing critical schedules and budgets, and resolving conflicts as they arise. You will be the guardian of compliance, ensuring every phase of the project adheres to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. From initial planning and site investigations to final inspections and historical structure reviews, you will drive the project forward while providing on-site technical assistance and leading coordination meetings among diverse project participants.
