As a Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of ship repair, maintenance, and modernization projects from initiation through closeout. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and on-the-ground execution, ensuring that every vessel leaves our yard on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
In this position, you will be the central point of contact for a dynamic team of craft, subcontractors, and vendors. Your day will involve developing robust project plans, monitoring progress against critical milestones, and managing scope changes with agility. You will enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring strict adherence to OSHA and maritime regulations while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges. Beyond managing the technical aspects of the job, you will mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in our project management processes.
