About the Role

This role is designed for certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. We offer an environment where your clinical judgment is trusted, your voice is heard, and your expertise makes a real difference. You will lead with integrity, delivering high-quality care while designing treatment plans based on specific client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates.

You will have the freedom to call the clinical shots, utilizing a full range of expertise and tools to determine the right hours and transitions for your clients. We prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours, ensuring you can pursue your passion for helping kids while maintaining a manageable caseload and work-life balance.
