The Role

This role is exclusively open to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. We are looking for clinicians whose judgment is trusted, whose voice is heard, and whose expertise makes a real difference.

You will lead with integrity in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy. Unlike cookie-cutter approaches, you will design treatment plans based on specific client needs, utilizing the full range of your expertise and tools. We prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours, ensuring you never compromise on quality care while fully complying with BACB, state, and payer guidelines.
