The Role
This opportunity is designed specifically for certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. We are looking for clinicians where your judgment is trusted, your voice is heard, and your expertise makes a real difference.
In this role, you will lead with integrity and deliver high-quality care in an environment that values ethical practice and genuine autonomy. You will call the clinical shots, designing treatment plans based on client needs rather than cookie-cutter templates. We prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours, ensuring you can use the full range of your expertise and tools.
You will collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources to deliver your best work. With our nationwide network, you will have opportunities to advance your career in clinical and operational paths, including unique chances to participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB. Our clinicians and researchers are actively advancing the field, presenting 50+ times at national and international conferences in 2024 alone and contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals.
