BLT is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform residential service, maintenance, and repair work at our luxury apartment community in Jersey City, NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting systems, performing preventive maintenance, and working within a stable, professionally managed residential environment.
As part of the team, you will ensure the comfort and safety of residents by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, including compressors, air handlers, thermostats, and condensers. You will work efficiently to complete service requests while maintaining accurate documentation using property management software. The position offers consistent hours and long-term career stability for those looking to grow within a supportive organization.
