About the Role
TriMark USA is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician – Refrigeration to support our commercial kitchen equipment customers. This field-based role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, prep tables, and cold storage equipment.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical refrigeration expertise with a commitment to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service. This position is particularly well-suited for professionals looking to transition from HVAC roles into a dedicated indoor commercial foodservice environment. You will report directly to the Service Manager and operate out of our Orlando, FL location.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified1-2+ years of experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems
- verifiedExperience in commercial foodservice equipment
- verifiedEPA Universal Certification or Type II
- verifiedValid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
CFESA certification. Basic hot-side equipment knowledge. Experience using service management software or mobile dispatch systems.
