About the Role
We are seeking qualified Commercial Service Technicians to join our team in Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be dispatched directly from your home to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing equipment at customer locations. Your mission is to provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call while identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
The Experience
This position offers a unique work model where you are dispatched from your house, supported by a company vehicle and cell phone. You will have the opportunity to participate in technical training and the Town Shares program, allowing you to share in the long-term financial success of the company as you grow with us. The role requires flexibility to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules to ensure timely completion of service calls.
