As an HVAC Technician and Maintenance professional at Optima, you will work directly for the developer performing maintenance service for a luxury apartment community. You will be stationed exclusively on-site at the Optima Sonoran Village property. This role is critical to the success of our properties, requiring you to complete service requests, execute preventative maintenance plans, and handle general upkeep of the property and grounds, including amenity areas.
The position offers a fast-paced, exciting environment where you will solve problems and work with minimal driving. You will have access to an easily accessible flat rooftop when needed and will serve on a rotating on-call team for after-hours availability. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while multitasking effectively.
